After you create and style the content, select Finalize your email to enter who's sending the message — and why — and schedule delivery.

To identify your email in lists like Sent Emails, enter the internal name of your email. The email name — for example, Call to Action — can't be seen by recipients.

To show who receives responses when recipients reply to the email, enter a name. If you filter responses to a central monitored location, use a name that indicates it's a generic mailbox, such as

Note: Receiving mail systems also use the reply-to email address to return or bounce messages when delivery fails.

The subject is a recipient's first glimpse at the content of your email. To capture your recipients' attention, enter a descriptive and inviting, but short subject line.
