Email Details
After you create and style the content, select Finalize your email to enter who's sending the message — and why — and schedule delivery.
Internal email name
To identify your email in lists like Sent Emails, enter the internal name of your email. The email name — for example, Call to Action — can't be seen by recipients.
From name
To show who sent the email when recipients view it in their mailboxes, enter a name. For example, you might include the name of the local chapter you represent or the executive director.
From email address
To show where the email came from when recipients view the message in their mailboxes, enter an email address. For example, you might use the generic mailbox for your organization.
Reply-to name
To show who receives responses when recipients reply to the email, enter a name. If you filter responses to a central monitored location, use a name that indicates it's a generic mailbox, such as Customer Support.
Reply-to email address
To show where recipients send responses when they reply to the email, enter an email address. To filter responses to a central monitored location, use a generic email address such as info@*.org.
Note: Receiving mail systems also use the reply-to email address to return or bounce messages when delivery fails.
Email subject
The subject is a recipient's first glimpse at the content of your email. To capture your recipients' attention, enter a descriptive and inviting, but short subject line.
