Email Status
To help you follow the progress of email after you send it, you can view status information under Sent emails in Communications, Email.

An email’s status is “in flight” while Email:

Validates email formats
-
Removes addresses that meet suppression criteria
-
Merges the remaining recipients’ information and other merge fields with content

An email’s status is “success” after Email sends individual messages to mailbox providers.
Note: The time it takes for delivery depends on how mailbox providers process the messages after they receive them.

An email’s status is “failure” if there’s a problem processing or sending it. Review the content and recipient list and try to send it again, or contact Support for assistance.
