Overview
Under Overview, you can quickly gauge your overall performance across multiple areas, including tasks and interactions, assigned relationships, and goals for fundraising efforts. For more information, see Work Centre Overview.
Portfolio
Under Portfolio, you can view and manage your assigned constituent relationships. For more information, see Constituents.
Gifts
Under Gifts, you can view gifts received from your assigned constituents, including giving you don't receive credit for. For more information, see Gifts.
Actions
Under Actions, you can view and manage your assigned tasks and interactions, and other fundraisers' actions with your assigned constituents. For more information, see Actions.
Opportunities
With Prospect Research Management, under Opportunities, you can view and manage your assigned opportunities to cultivate major donor relationships and secure major gifts, and other fundraisers' efforts with your assigned constituents. For more information, see Opportunities.
Unassigned
Under Unassigned, you can view and manage active constituents who aren't assigned to anyone, such as to delegate them to those who would best cultivate the relationships. For more information, see Unassigned Constituents.
Note: To help you get a jump on your day, fundraisers with access to Portfolio, Work center automatically start there when they sign in. Otherwise, you start on Home.
If you can access others' work centres as a manager or other supervisor, select Change fundraiser to choose whose portfolio to view. To view everyone's portfolios, choose All fundraisers.
