Email Reporting
After you send a communication, analytics automatically track the open, click, transaction, and bounce rates for each message to help identify areas for improvement. For example, if you notice a high bounce rate, revisit the recipients included in your lists.

From Communications, Email, Marketing emails, you can view the average performance for all messages sent from the web view under Sent emails. To view analytics for a specific message, select it under Recent emails. For more information, see Marketing Email Performance Analysis.

From Communications, Workflow designer, you can view the performance of email messages you send from workflows. Under Active workflows, select View workflow from the workflow's menu . From an email step, select View stats to view analytics for all the messages from the workflow to date. For more information, see Workflow Designer Email Performance Analysis.
