Top Donors Report

The Top Donors Report provides a list of the top donors during a time period you define. You can include as many donors as you want, such as the top 10% of your donors, top five donors, or top 99 donors. The report ranks the total number of gifts and total amount donated, and it provides information alphabetically or by gift size.

Note: Under Top Donor Criteria, the number you enter defaults into the report title. For example, if you select 10, the report title displays as Top 10 Donors Report. You can select up to 99 donors. The report title changes automatically to reflect whether you're reporting by count or percentage.
