Schedule Email Delivery
To ensure timely delivery of email messages like monthly newsletters, you can choose to send them at a later date. After you set the date for an email, you can view and manage it under Scheduled emails in Communications, Email, Marketing emails. For each email, you can view details such as its date and recipient list. To find a specific email, you can also search by its name or subject.
Note: The recipient list for a scheduled email generates 30 minutes before it's send time.
Reschedule an Email
To change when to send an email, select Reschedule from its menu under Scheduled emails, pick its new date and date, and select Update schedule.
Cancel and Edit an Email
To cancel a scheduled email and edit its content, select Cancel & edit from its menu under Scheduled emails.
