Raiser's Edge NXT and Luminate Online

The database view integration remains available during this transition, but the new web view integration offers an intuitive experience with a modern interface and enhanced workflows.

While we continue to update web view functionality to adopt database view capabilities, you'll want to review the information below for what is and is not available now, and what will not be coming to web view.

The following features are available now:

• Supervisor-level access to the integration

• Gift processing

• Event processing

• Constituent record viewing and editing

• Communication consent management

• Exporting reports

These features are in development and will be released in upcoming updates:

• Support for all administrator levels to access the integration

• Bulk processing of constituents

• Options button for integration settings

• Linking/unlinking (relinking) constituents during processing

• Custom fields for event participants

The following features from database view are not planned for migration and will be retired:

• Non-Blackbaud Payment Services recurring gift credit card transactions

• Deferring partial constituent updates for later

• Specifying which batch a gift goes into

• Constituent Merge Connection

• Transactions Log

• Settings

• Tools, including:

  • Service Bus Remediation

  • Export Template

  • Dirty/resync data tools

  • Debug mode settings

  • Image tools

Once integrated:

• Constituents and transactions in Luminate Online require manual review and approval to sync to Raiser's Edge NXT. The records are marked to show origination in Luminate Online.

• Constituents in Raiser's Edge NXT automatically sync to Luminate Online.

Integration syncs three data types:

• Constituents

• Gifts and eCommerce purchases

• Event registrations(registrations only)
