Invitation Status
To help plan for how many people might register, mark whether you invited someone when you add them to the event. To change the status for a participant or guest — such as after you send an invitation mailing — update it under Party information from the record of anyone in their party, or from the participant list.
Note: Although you typically mark the invitation status for individuals, you can also mark whether you invited organizations. For example, you may invite a company to host its employees as guest participants.

On a participant’s record under Party information, select Edit from the menu for the person to update.

In the Invitation status and Invitation date fields, indicate whether (and when) the person is invited or that an invitation doesn't apply.

Select Save.

On an event's record, under Participants, select Work with participants.

For each person to update, select their checkbox and then select Update invitation status.
