Transactions Eligible for Fee Coverage

Several factors determine whether a transaction qualifies for donor cover or Complete Cover™. Transaction eligibility is determined by:

• The type of form and whether it's a Standard Donation Form, Optimized Donation Form (only available with Online Giving), or an online registration form for an event.

• The type of gift.

• The type of payment.

• The amount of the transaction. For Complete Cover, transactions are only eligible if they are less than $3,000.
