Constituent Code Tracking Fields

Constituent code fields let you record and manage the codes that identify how individuals relate to your organization. These codes appear on both constituent and membership forms, where you can assign them directly to a constituent record.

Constituent codes capture the roles or types of engagement an individual has with your organization, for example, Volunteer, Board Member, or Alumni. Because constituent codes are configured at the organizational level, the codes available on a form reflect what your organization has already set up. To add or manage the available codes, see Constituent codes.
