Phone for Online Giving Forms

Use the phone fields on Online Giving forms to capture phone numbers so you can reach out to your supporters.

Add and Configure Phone on a Constituent, Standard, or Membership Form

To capture phone numbers, add Phone to your forms and choose whether to make it required for supporters.

From Online Giving, select Donation forms, Constituent forms, or Membership forms:

1. Create a new form or select the form you want to update.

2. From Form, select Fields under Form designer.

3. Move Phone to where you want it on the form.

4. Select whether to require phone for supporters to complete the form.

5. Select Done.

6. Save your changes to the form.

Add Phone to an Optimized Donation Form

From Online Giving, select Donation forms:

1. Create a new form or select the form you want to update.

2. From Optional fields, select Phone number under Profile fields.

3. Continue editing the form or save it.
