QR Code for an Online Giving Form

To open an Online Giving form from a QR code, download the PNG file to add to print materials, an email, or website. The QR code directs supporters to the form's Blackbaud-hosted URL.

Download the QR Code for an Online Giving Form

To download the QR code, from Online Giving, select Donation forms, Constituent forms, or Membership forms.

1. Select the form.

2. From Publish methods,

   • Select Launch form from its URL to download the QR code for a constituent or membership form.

   • Select Hosted URL to download the QR code for a donation form.

   The file downloads to your computer.

3. Add the QR code where you would like.

1. From Publish methods, select Launch form from its URL.

   Note: For an Optimized Form, select Hosted URL.

2. Select Download QR code.

   The file will download to your computer so you can add it to your print materials or your website.
