Apple Pay for Online Forms

Apple Pay is a secure, fast, and user-friendly payment method available on most major browsers, including Safari, Chrome, Firefox, and Edge.

On Chrome, Firefox, and Edge, supporters can use Apple Pay by scanning a code with their iPhone or iPad. This flexibility ensures donors can complete transactions on their preferred devices, increasing accessibility and convenience.

Enable Apple Pay

To allow supporters to use Apple Pay on your website, you must verify your domains in the Blackbaud Merchant Services Web Portal before Apple Pay will be available to them. You only need to verify the domains if you:

• Embed Standard Donation Forms on your website.

• Embed the Optimized Loader Script for Optimized Donation Forms on your website.

• Embed online registration forms on your website.

If your online forms launch from Blackbaud-hosted URLs (host.nxt.blackbaud.com), your domains are already verified with Apple, and no further action is needed.

Note: Apple Pay isn't supported for Optimized Forms launched from hyperlinks or buttons on School Website System or Blackbaud Website Package sites. For Blackbaud NetCommunity, Apple Pay is only supported for sites hosted on your organization’s domain.
