Disqualified prospects

Under Disqualified prospects, you can access prospects who were previously dismissed from the Untapped candidates list. Disqualified prospects display a disqualified indicator, while candidates temporarily removed from a list do not.

Review the overall list periodically and when there is a change in a prospect's circumstances.

Manage the Disqualified prospects lists

Select the candidate and review the following information to help you determine if they meet your organization's requirements for major giving cultivation.
- Target gift range
- Major giving likelihood
- Giving indicators
- Giving behavior
If the candidate meets your organization's cultivation criteria, select Mark as qualified.
If you know who you want to assign as a fundraiser for the candidate, choose them.

Select Add fundraiser.
Either assign the prospect to yourself or select another person.

Note: Only fundraisers can be assigned to a prospect. Fundraisers must be set up as Raiser's Edge NXT users and marked as a fundraiser on their constituent record. For more information, see Fundraisers.

Note: If you assigned a fundraiser, the prospect appears in the fundraiser’s Your prospects list. Otherwise, they appear in the Qualified and unassigned prospects list.
