Make Room for New Prospects

Candidates included in Make room for new prospects are prospects you should consider assigning to a fundraiser or removing from your portfolio to increase your chances of receiving a major gift, based on our predictive analytics.

Prospects in this group include:

  • Low likelihood prospects to review and engage: candidates who have a lower likelihood to give. However, they either have a high target gift range or potential gift range. They may be worth pursuing if they seem to meet your program's cultivation criteria. Review your plans to re-engage them or remove them from your portfolio.

  • Smaller predicted gift prospects to reassign: mid-level prospects. Review this list to confirm these prospects are assigned to the appropriate gift officer, typically fundraisers working with mid-level donors.

  • Smaller predicted gift prospects to remove from portfolio: prospects who are probably best suited for annual giving programs rather than high-touch relationship building. Consider removing these prospects from major gift officers' portfolios.
