Giving likelihood
Giving likelihood represents the probability that the prospect will give a gift of any size to your organization in the next 12 months. It is represented as a score of Excellent, Very good, Good, or Low.
Giving likelihood is not the probability that the prospect will give a gift in the Target gift range.
Prospect Insights Pro considers factors besides wealth to determine a constituent’s major giving likelihood, including the amount, frequency, and recency of gifts to your organization and others. In addition to capacity, the constituent must demonstrate a high willingness to give to your organization. Specifically, the main factors used to determine Giving likelihood are:
-
Giving history
-
Giving to other organizations
-
Wealth data
-
Socioeconomic data
Additional factors are considered to improve the projection's accuracy.
