Ask Amounts by Fundraiser

You'll see a breakdown of total solicitation value grouped by each fundraiser in your organization. It's an easy way to assess how opportunity pipeline value is distributed across your team. Use this prompt when you want a high-level view of your team's pipeline. The results show the sum of ask amounts across all opportunities assigned to each fundraiser, so you can quickly identify who holds the most pipeline value. You can refine further with the following prompt adjustments:

  • Filter to active proposals: "Show me total ask amount by fundraiser for active proposals."

  • Visualize as a chart: "Show me a bar chart of total ask amount by fundraiser."

    Note: Bar and pie charts for visualizing giving insights are a Premium feature. If you don't have a Premium subscription, this prompt will still work and return the same insights but in a list format.

  • Scope to a time period: "Show me total ask amount by fundraiser this fiscal year."

Tip iconTip: Add a time qualifier to focus on a specific period, for example "Show me total ask amount by fundraiser for this fiscal year," to avoid including older closed or declined opportunities in the totals.
