Start broad with your portfolio and the Giving anniversary approaching tag, which appears when the anniversary of a donor's most recent gift falls within the next 30 days. A few things make it work well:

Open the specific donor's record before asking for the summary or the message. Chat for Blackbaud AI reasons from that donor's actual data, so the response is noticeably sharper with a record open than with just a name typed in.
This is a system-generated tag — Chat for Blackbaud AI applies it automatically to donors whose gift anniversary falls within the next 30 days, so no organization setup is needed to start using it.

Note: The last prompt asks for both a thank-you message and a stewardship action at once, so Chat for Blackbaud AI may complete them one at a time. If the action isn't created right away, ask for it again as a follow-up request.
