Update Branding for Portal

If you organization's branding changes, you can update it for the portal.

Change display name, logo, favicon, or primary color

You can change the look of the portal when you update it with your organization's branding.

  1. From Settings, select Tools.

  2. Under Tools Settings, select Portal settings.

  3. Under Branding and customization, select Edit organization branding.

  4. Make the necessary changes to the display name, logo, favicon, or primary color.

  5. Select Save.

Customize the portal sign-in page

You can change the look of the page where constituents log in to the portal. It can include a summary, a link to your own content for the portal, and different sign-in options, such as Google or email.

  1. From Settings, select Tools.

  2. Under Tools Settings, select Portal settings.

  3. Under Branding and customization, select Edit branded authentication.

  4. To include a summary under the logo, select Provide a custom summary on the sign-in page, and enter the summary text.

  5. To include a link to a webpage on your organization's website, select Link to custom help content from the sign-in page, and enter a URL that begins with https://.

  6. To change which sign-in options appear and their order, select the ones you want to show on the page and drag them to the correct order using the arrows.

  7. Select Publish.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  • Edit organization branding to change the display name, logo, logo icon, favicon, and set the primary color for the portal.
  • Edit branded authentication to change the look and feel of the sign in page when constituents log in to the portal. You can also provide summary text to introduce the portal on the sign in page and include a custom help link to your own content.
