Enable Saved Credit and Bank Payment Methods

To allow constituents to save and update their credit, debit card, and bank payment information for future gifts and active recurring gifts, enable Credit payment methods and Bank payment methods.

Credit and debit payment methods

1. From Settings, Tools, select Portal features.

2. Under Credit payment methods, select Enable feature.

To turn off credit payment methods, select Disable feature.

Bank payment methods

1. From Settings, Tools, select Portal features.

2. Under Bank payment methods, select Enable feature.

To turn off bank payment methods, select Disable feature.
