Download gift receipt PDFs

You can generate PDFs of receipts to attach to emails or print out and mail to your donors. From Gifts, Receipts, PDFs, generate a PDF. When a PDF task has a status of completed, you can download it under Action by selecting Download statements.

Note: In order to adhere to regional receipting requirements, PDF gift receipts are encrypted / password protected within Adobe Acrobat to prevent editing.

Tip: Send the printed giving statement in a #9 double window envelope to ensure that your organization's name and address appears in the top window and the constituent's name and address appears in the bottom window.
