PDF Receipt Templates

From Gifts, Receipts, under PDF receipt templates, you can edit elements of your receipt PDFs. You can change the default template's name and add your organization's logo and signature.

Currently, you're provided with one PDF receipt template to edit, and you can't create additional ones.

  1. From the PDF template's menu , select Edit.

  2. Under Receipt template name, enter a name to identify the template internally.

  3. To include your organization's logo at the top of the PDF receipt, select Choose file, and upload your logo image.

  4. To include a signature image at the bottom of the PDF receipt, select Choose file and upload a signature image.

  5. You can enter a Signatory name and Signatory title to accompany the signature image.

  6. To personalize the receipt and further thank the donor for their gift, you can enter a Thank You message.

  7. Select Save.
