Reject constituent updates from Luminate Online

If constituent information from Luminate Online should not be synced to Raiser's Edge NXT, you can reject the updates.

If the constituent already exists in Raiser's Edge NXT, rejecting the update will revert any changes made in Luminate Online, helping maintain consistency between systems.

Note: You can't reject a constituent if they have a pending gift or registration.

Note: Rejection is one-time only. If the same record is updated again, it reappears for review.

1. On the left navigation in Raiser’s Edge NXT, select Luminate Online, Constituent details.

2. Select one or more constituent update.

3. (Optional) Select Edit to review the data before finalizing your decision to reject.

4. Select Reject at the bottom of the page, or select the ellipsis menu next to a constituent and choose Reject.

5. When prompted, select Reject to confirm.
