Set Email Type for Online Forms

Email types identify a constituent's email address on their constituent record. You can apply an email type - such as Home or Work - to the email address a constituent enters when they fill out donation form or online registration form.

Tip: Email type maps to phone type in Tables.

To set the email type:

  1. From Settings, select Tools.

  2. From Form settings, select Update under Email mapping.

  3. Select an email type.

  4. Select Save.
