Edit service pricing

For the Blackbaud Marketplace, select whether your service charges a subscription or fee for use. By default, we do not set the pricing for your application.

Here are a few examples when you may want to select the free tier.

  • If you have a free tier that enables users to get started and start using without paying, you can select the free pricing.

  • If your service is an integration to another system or platform, and does not incur an additional cost for using the integration with Blackbaud, then you can select the free pricing.

For example, Blackbaud for Outlook is free, however Microsoft Outlook is a required application to use the integration.

If you charge a fee for use, set the toggle to Paid. Additionally, you can add a starting price to indicate the lowest paid price point for customer to purchase the service. The starting price will be displayed in the Blackbaud Marketplace service listing page.
