Edit service pricing
For the Blackbaud Marketplace, select whether your service charges a subscription or fee for use. By default, we do not set the pricing for your application.
Here are a few examples when you may want to select the free tier.
-
If you have a free tier that enables users to get started and start using without paying, you can select the free pricing.
-
If your service is an integration to another system or platform, and does not incur an additional cost for using the integration with Blackbaud, then you can select the free pricing.
For example, Blackbaud for Outlook is free, however Microsoft Outlook is a required application to use the integration.
If you charge a fee for use, set the toggle to Paid. Additionally, you can add a starting price to indicate the lowest paid price point for customer to purchase the service. The starting price will be displayed in the Blackbaud Marketplace service listing page.

-
On the Edit pricing modal, set the toggle to Paid.
-
Select Add starting price.
-
Select the currency for the starting price and then the amount. You can set one starting price per currency. For example, you can set a starting price for US dollars and a second starting price for Canadian dollars.
-
Under Frequency, set how often the fee is charged. For example, do your customers pay one time, monthly, or annually for the use of your service.
-
Select Save. The starting price is now visible on your Marketplace listing page.
