Add a service offering

From the Solutions tab, if you are a Blackbaud Partner, you can also add a service to market your service offerings in the Blackbaud Marketplace. Whomever adds the service is considered the service owner.

1. Select Add service.

2. Enter a service name and description. If your service name uses Blackbaud brand names, you must use them appropriately. To use “Blackbaud” or a Blackbaud solution in your service name, follow these guidelines:

   • Lead with the service followed by the Blackbaud brand name.

   • For example, use "[Service name] for Blackbaud" or "[Service name] for Blackbaud [Solution name]".

   • Use the correct Blackbaud brand names as shown on the Blackbaud website.

     For example, use "[Service name] for Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT" and not "[Service name] for RE NXT."

3. Enter the customer-friendly name of your organization as the publisher. This name appears as the owner of the service in the Blackbaud Marketplace.

4. Add a logo for your service. The image represents your service and should be clear, catchy, and unique. The image must be .jpeg or .png file that is 512px by 512px and 2MB or smaller.

5. Enter a URL in Service website URL that directs users to more about your solution.

6. Select Save.
