From Online Giving, Donation forms, select a Standard Form.

Embed the HTML code in the body of the webpage where you want the form to display.
The code contains a <div id> tag to identify the form, and the <script> tag contains the JavaScript that makes the form display. After you embed the code, you don't have to embed it again if you make changes to the form because those changes will automatically update the embedded content. Do not make any changes directly to the code.
Warning: For security reasons, most email clients do not support JavaScript in their messages, therefore pasting the HTML into a message isn't recommended. Instead, provide a hyperlink to the webpage within the message.
