Review Account Metrics

You can examine family key performance indicators (KPIs) in Tuition Management.

To get started, select Account from the Tuition Management dashboard.

Note: Want to return to the dashboard? From any page, select the Tuition Management logo in the top navigation.

The Active Families Vs Pending Families Vs Withdrawn Families graph shows family totals by month.

  • Red indicates Withdrawn families.

  • Yellow indicates Pending families.

  • Blue indicates Active families.

Hover your cursor anywhere on the graph to see a snapshot of totals for that month.

Total families per enrollment status are also listed below the graph.

The Delinquency Percentage graphs shows percentages of delinquent accounts per days overdue.

  • Orange indicates 30 Days overdue.

  • Blue indicates 60 Days overdue.

  • Green indicates 90 Days overdue.

Select a graph to view the total amount overdue.

View deposits your school anticipates on receiving and any upcoming remittances based on received payments under Anticipated Deposits.

The Account Type graph breaks down your accounts per family size.

Hover your cursor on a color to view the percentage of families of that size

Families listed under Recent Families Created have recently been added to the system.

  • Quickly view each family's billing Status

  • Select the user's name to view the user's profile
