Review Billing Metrics

You can easily examine billing key performance indicators (KPIs) in Tuition Management.

To get started, select Billingfrom the Tuition Management dashboard.

Note: Want to return to the dashboard? From any page, select the Tuition Management logo in the top navigation.

The Total Billed YTD (By Month) graph shows family totals by month.

  • Red indicates Tuition Billed.

  • Yellow indicates Fees Billed.

  • Green indicates Discounts Applied.

  • Blue indicates Total Billed.

Hover anywhere on the graph to see a snapshot of totals for that month.

Billing totals are also listed below the graph.

The Delinquency Percentage graphs shows percentages of delinquent accounts per days overdue.

  • Orange indicates 30 Days overdue.

  • Blue indicates 60 Days overdue.

  • Green indicates 90 Days overdue.

Select each graph to see the total amounts overdue.

View deposits your school anticipates on receiving and any upcoming remittances based on received payments under Anticipated Deposits.

The Tuition Vs. Fees Vs. Discounts graph breaks down your accounts per family size.

  • Hover on a color to view the percentage of families of that size.

The bills for families listed under Recent Billing Adjustments have recently been adjusted.

  • Quickly view each family's adjustment

  • Select the user's name to view the user's profile
