Buy Now Give Now - Manage Groups
Once your Buy Now Give Now items are created, you can create Groups for them. Groups are made up of one or more items. Items can be added to multiple groups. To access Buy Now Give Now Groups, select Buy Now Give Now then select Manage Groups. You can find the Buy Now Give Now menu in the gray footer of the Tuition Management site, once the menu is accessed, it appears at the top as a drop down menu.

Select Create New Group.

Give the Group a name, this is a required field.

Select Add for items you would like to add to this Group.
Note: A group can only include either Buy Now or Give Now items but never both. For example, if you add a Buy Now Item to your group, all Give Now Items will disappear from the available items list.

You can Enable Invite Friend and Family which allows to payer to invite friends and family via email.

You can add Email Addresses to Bcc Payment Confirmation by entering an email in the available text box and then select Add.

Select Save.

Select Edit for the Group.

Make changes as needed.

Select Save when finished.
Note: Groups can be edited at anytime and are updated in real time.

Select Remove for the Group.

Select the check mark to confirm.

Once a Group is created, the following is generated for each Group:

Embed Code- This can be used to embed a button to your Group on your school's website.

Button Preview- This brings you directly to the Storefront.

Site URL- URL to Storefront of the Group which can be sent to users.
