Buy Now Give Now - Manage Settings
Manage Settings brings you to a pop up modal to set the global settings for Buy Now, Give Now, and the appearance of the online storefront. To access these settings, select the Buy Now Give Now menu and then select Manage Settings. You can find the Buy Now Give Now menu in the gray footer of the Tuition Management site, once the menu is accessed, it appears at the top as a drop down menu.

You can set the following global settings for Buy Now. Once these settings are complete, you'll want to select Save and Continue to Give Now Setup:

Status -This will activate Buy Now. Once On is selected, Buy Now will be available for users.

Would you like to enable sales tax for Buy Now items? - This allows you to set a default sales tax.
Note: Sales tax can be customized for individual items.

Please Choose Payment Method(s) For Buy Now Items - You can choose Credit Card, ACH or both.

Who Should Pay The 3.12% Credit/Debit Card Platform Fee For Buy Now Items?

Absorbed by school - School will pay the credit/debit card platform fee.

Paid by payer - Payer is responsible for the credit/debit card platform fee.

Who Should Pay The Checking/Savings ACH Platform Fee For Buy Now Items?

Absorbed By School - School will pay the ACH platform fee.

Pay By Payer - Payer is responsible for the ACH platform fee.

Buy Now Receipt Message - This message shows on the confirmation page as well as in the confirmation email.

School Footer Message - This message shows in the footer of the Buy Now interface.
Note: You can edit these settings at any time but they will only apply to Buy Now groups created after the changes are made.

You can set the following global settings for Give Now. Once these settings are complete, you'll want to select Save and Continue To Appearance & Additional Settings:

Status - This will activate Give Now for users. Once On is selected, Give Now will be available for users.

Give Now Receipt Message - This message shows in the confirmation email. Tuition Management recommends adding your school's Tax ID to this field.

Note: You can edit these settings at any time but they only apply to Give Now groups created after the changes are made.

You can set the following global settings for appearance. Once these settings are complete, you'll want to select Complete Setup:

Upload School logo - This shows in the header of the Buy Now Give Now interface.
Note: The recommended size for your logo is 180 x 40 pixels.

Choose your theme - Choose one of the five preset themes for your Buy Now Give Now interface.

Return to School Site URL - This link can be used to redirect users back to your school site.
Note: You can edit these settings at any time. Any changes will take affect immediately.
