Blackbaud Tuition Management – Online Enrollment Instructions via Spreadsheets

Most schools enable our programs for VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Enrollment instructions

  1. Expect an email from Blackbaud Tuition Management.

    Your school provided us with your email address for quick enrollment. We'll send you an email with a link for you to complete and verify your enrollment.

  2. Review the information your school provided. Then complete the following steps.

  3. In section 1, provide information about who will pay.

    Review the parent, guardian, or bill payer’s contact information.

    Please include BOTH parents or anyone who may call about the account. Our Parent Help Center is only able to speak about the account with the individuals who are listed.

    Please verify your mobile number and email address. We regularly communicate important information about your account via text message and email.

  4. In section 2, provide information about who will attend.

    Review the names and grades of the children who will attend the school.

  5. In section 3, provide information about how and when to pay.

    Review the payment plans offered by your school and then choose one. Your school determines which plans are listed. Tuition Management can't change the plans listed.

    Provide your bank checking, savings, or credit card account for monthly automatic payments.

    Please note, a Platform Fee may apply to credit/debit card payments and ACH payments. This can vary based on your school's contract and settings.

  6. In section 4, review Tuition Management’s terms and conditions. Then select Submit enrollment to complete your enrollment.

  7. A submission confirmation appears.

    Next, your school will review your enrollment. When complete, you'll receive confirmation from Tuition Management.

  8. After your school has reviewed and activated your account, you'll receive an email with login instructions.

If you accidentally deleted the enrollment email from Tuition Management, call our Parent Help Center at (888) 868-8828.

After your account is set up, to view your balance, make payments, update your personal information, or chat with a live representative, access your Tuition Management account at https://parent.blackbaud.school

The Parent Help Center is available via online chat upon logging into your account at parent.blackbaud.school or by phone at 1(888) 868-8828.

  • Phone agents are available Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 1:00 AM EST, and Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 AM to 5: 30 PM EST. Calls are handled in the order they are received.

  • Chat agents are available Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM EST.

Blackbaud's Tuition Management program manages tuition payments and follows the policies established by your school. Decisions regarding tuition amounts, tuition aid, scholarships, and all other tuition related items are made by your school.
