Manage Charges
Add standard and late fees which you'll then apply to family accounts by session.

Select Extended care then select Manage charges.

Select Add new charge.

Enter the:

Charge name - Name of the charge as it appear on the family's bill.

Standard rate - Determine the amount for program.

Rate is per - Determine the time increment the standard fee should be applied for.

Would you like to set up a late rate? - When enabled, you'll also determine the late rate and the rate is per time increment for the late fee.

Select Save.

Note: You can't edit a charge after it's applied to a family's account.

Select Extended care then select Manage charges.

Select Edit for the change you'd like to edit.

Make changes as needed.

Select Save when finished.

Note: You can't remove a charge after it's applied to a family's account.

Select Extended care then select Manage charges.

Select Remove for the charge you'd like to remove.

Confirm you want to delete this charge.
Tip: To preserve the charge, select X instead.
Access the Extended care menu via the gray footer of the Tuition management site. The menu then appears at the top as a drop down menu.
