Manage Sessions
After create charges and groups, use them to build sessions. Although sessions can be single day events, they're most often used for recurring events, including an "after school" program.

Select Extended care then select Manage sessions.

Select Create new session.

Under Date and times, determine:

When will the session be effective? - Use the calendar to select a start date for the session.

What are the start and end times for the session? - Use the up and down arrows to adjust the start and end times.

Select Next.

Under Recurrence, determine how often the session should reoccur:

Never - Select this for a one time session.

Daily - Select this if the session should occur daily. Then determine whether the session should end after a specific number of occurrences or on a certain date. Daily recurrence includes weekends. To only include weekdays, choose repeat weekly then select the appropriate weekdays.

Weekly - Select this if the session should occur on specific days in a week. Then determine if the session should occur every week, which days the session should repeat on, and whether is should end after a specific number of occurrences or after a certain date.

Monthly - Select this if the session should occur on a specific date each month. Determine if the session should occur every month, which days of the month the session should happen on, and whether it should end after a specific number of occurrences or after a certain date.

Select Next.

Under Pricing, determine which charge to associate with the session.

Select Next.

Under Attendees, add students to a session individually or by group.
You can filter by name, grade and frequency of care.
Select Add or Add All to include students in a session.

Select Next.

Enter the Name for the session.

Select Save when finished. The new session appears in the list of extended care sessions to manage.

Select Extended care then select Manage sessions.

Select Edit for the session.

Make changes as needed.
Tip: Select Next to advance to the next tab. Alternatively, select the tabs in numerical order.

Select Save when finished.

Note: Sessions can't be removed after charges are applied to a family.

Select Extended care then select Manage sessions.

Select Remove for the session.

Confirm you want to delete this session.
Tip: To preserve the session, select X instead.

You can edit or remove future occurrences from specific sessions. Use these for days off or half days.
For example, if you have a day off, delete the occurrence for that day. For a half day, update the occurrence to a different time.

Select Extended care then select Manage sessions.

Select Future occurrences for the session.

You then have the following options available:

Edit - Update the start and end times for specific occurrences,

Delete - Remove a specific occurrence.

Select Close when finished.
Access the Extended care menu via the gray footer of the Tuition management site. The menu then appears at the top as a drop down menu.
