Fees & Discounts

Tuition Management enables schools to track every fee collected from families and analyze the discounts, scholarships, and financial aid offered.

Select Fees & Discounts. You will land on Fee & Discount Summary Snapshot.

You have the ability to:

  • Create and manage all school fees and tuition discounts.

  • Easily track billed and collected amounts

  1. The colored sections on the Largest Fees graph correlate to specific fees. Hover over a color to view the name and percentage of the fee.

  2. The colored sections on the Largest Discounts graph correlate to specific discounts. Hover over a color to view the name and percentage of the discount.

Quickly export summaries of fee and discount data.

  1. Scroll down to the summary of all fees and discounts.

  2. Select any column header to sort results by that column.

  3. Filter results by entering restrictions for any column beneath the header.

    Note: For example, enter "Locker" beneath the Name column header to show only Locker Fees, or enter "Discount" under the Fee/Discount header to show only discounts.

  4. When the results show the data you wish to export, select Export.

  5. The summary will download as a .csv file automatically. You can open this file in Microsoft Excel or other spreadsheet software.
