Review Follow Up Metrics

You can examine key performance indicators (KPIs) regarding payment follow up efforts in Tuition Management.

To get started, select Follow Up from the Tuition Management dashboard.

Note: Want to return to the dashboard? From any page, select the Tuition Management logo in the top navigation.

The Follow Up Effort Vs Payments graph shows how payment reminders correspond to payments.

  • Red indicates the Number Of Calls And Emails.

  • Yellow indicates the Number Of Late Payments.

Hover your cursor anywhere on the graph to see a snapshot of totals for that month.

Additional follow up totals are listed below the graph.

The Delinquency Percentage graphs shows percentages of delinquent accounts per days overdue.

  • Orange indicates 30 Days overdue.

  • Blue indicates 60 Days overdue.

  • Green indicates 90 Days overdue.

Select each graph to see the total amounts overdue.

View deposits your school anticipates on receiving and any upcoming remittances based on received payments under Anticipated Deposits.

The Payment Method of Late Payments graph illustrates how late payments are received from families.

Hover your cursor on a color to view the percentage of payments received per method.

Payments listed under Recent Past Due Payments Made have recently been received from families.

  • View each family's payment amount.

  • Select the user's name to view the user's profile.
