Impersonate
School Administrators and School Finance Users, as well as Enterprise Users, Enterprise Finance Users and Enterprise Read Only Users, can mirror a payer's perspective of Tuition Management using Impersonate. The ability to impersonate empowers school staff to confidently and efficiently guide payers through various processes.
When impersonating a payer, you will see their account as the payer sees it. You can navigate to view billing details, invoices, contact information, add items to the shopping cart, and more.
While impersonating, you cannot make payments or make any changes to the payer's payment, personal, or contact information. You cannot stop or resume auto debit payments on behalf of the payer. Additionally, if the payer you're impersonating has accounts at multiple schools, you cannot select Switch school account to access their account at another school.

Select Families > View All Families.

Search for and select the family of the payer you want to impersonate.

Hover over the blue arrow on the left to expand the menu.

Select Impersonation > Impersonate.
Tip: You can also select the Impersonate shortcut in the green banner at the top of the family pages and from the Families menu once a family is selected.

The payer’s view of the account will open in a new browser tab. Your personal session will remain open in the original browser tab.
Once you’re done impersonating, simply close the impersonation tab/window in your browser.
Note: You can only impersonate one user at a time. If you attempt to open a second impersonation, you will receive a message indicating another impersonation is already open.

You can view an audit log of users that have impersonated a payer.

Select Families > View All Families.

Search for and select the payer's family.

Hover over the blue arrow on the left to expand the menu.

Select Impersonation > History.
