Review Payment Metrics

You can easily examine payment key performance indicators (KPIs) in Tuition Management.

To get started, select Payment from the Tuition Management dashboard.

Note: Want to return to the dashboard? From any page, select the Tuition Management logo in the top navigation.

The Billed Vs Paid graph shows totals by payment status.

  • Yellow indicates Billed amounts.

  • Green indicates Paid amounts.

Hover anywhere on the graph to see a snapshot of totals for that month.

Additional payment metrics are listed below the graph.

The Delinquency Percentage graphs shows percentages of delinquent accounts per days overdue.

  • Orange indicates 30 Days overdue.

  • Blue indicates 60 Days overdue.

  • Green indicates 90 Days overdue.

Hover on each graph to see the total amounts overdue.

View deposits your school anticipates on receiving and any upcoming remittances based on received payments under Anticipated Deposits.

The Payment Types graph breaks down your payments by how they were received.

  • Hover on a color to view the percentage of payments per type.

Payments listed under Most Recent Payments have recently been made by families.

  • Quickly view each payment amount.

  • Select the user's name to view the user's profile.
