Review Remittance Metrics

You can easily examine family key performance indicators (KPIs) in Tuition Management.

To get started, select Remittancefrom the Tuition Management dashboard.

Note: Want to return to the dashboard? From any page, select the Tuition Management logo in the top navigation.

The Remittance Amounts Over Year graph shows payments made over the year.

Hover anywhere on the graph to see a snapshot of total payments sent per month.

Additional Remittance totals are listed below the graph.

The Delinquency Percentage graphs shows percentages of delinquent accounts per days overdue.

  • Orange indicates 30 Days overdue.

  • Blue indicates 60 Days overdue.

  • Green indicates 90 Days overdue.

Select each graph to see the total amounts overdue.

View deposits your school anticipates on receiving and any upcoming remittances based on received payments under Anticipated Deposits.

The Average Remittance By Date graph breaks down remittance payments by date.

  • Hover to view the dates that have the largest amounts sent to the school.

Payments listed under Recent Remittances have recently been added to the system.

  • Quickly view each payment amount.

  • Select the user's name to view the user's profile.
