Students
Although Tuition Management is a "payer centric" billing system, many fees, discounts, and payments are specific to a single student in a family.
To view all students or to find a single student's record, under Families, select View All Students. Filter or search the list and then select a student name to see that student's records.

Use the first dropdown menu to select which column to use when filtering the list.
Once you have chosen the filter, start typing in the box to the left and the list will automatically update as you type. For example, if you chose to filter by Student Name and you type the letter B, all student names containing the letter B will be included in the list.

Use the second dropdown menu to choose which columns display on the list.
You can use Check All to display all available columns or use Uncheck All to remove all columns and start over.
Select any column header to sort the list by that column. Select it again to toggle between ascending and descending order.

Select Export to File to download the current list displaying on the screen as a CSV spreadsheet file. You can open this file in Microsoft Excel or other spreadsheet software.
