Before this release of Altru, orders that contained a per order discount had to be refunded in full. Now, you can partially refund discounted items such as tickets, memberships, and preregistered program events.
Note: You cannot partially refund combo tickets or special events.
In addition, we updated the Refunds page to display more information and provide better usability. For example, we added Registrant and Bar code columns, so you can easily adjust registrants to preregistered events. We also added the Discount column to display the discount amount. The Refunds page is now itemized. Previously, items were grouped together and you had to adjust the quantity. Now you select the checkbox associated with the line item to refund.
Note: The Total Revenue and Payments, Discount, & Sales reports have been updated to reflect partial refund changes.
