OLAP Extensions Exercises

For these OLAP extensions exercises, the exercises assume database revisions and ETL extensions have been created along the lines of the exercises in those sections.

Recall that in those exercises, database revisions were created to add a staging and warehouse table that closely mirrors FACT_INTERACTIONRESPONSE. If you are completing these exercises separately, remember that the purpose of these exercises is demonstrate the ETL extensions for extension tables in a BBDW database. In other words, creating database revisions extensions and creating ETL extensions are intertwined.
