| 1. | Open the Faculty Access for the Web or NetClassroom web.config file. |
| 2. | Enter code to link to Blackbaud NetCommunity in the <Appsettings> section. To view a sample code, see Sample Code to Link to Blackbaud NetCommunity. |
| 3. | For the BBNCUrl key value, enter the URL address of your Blackbaud NetCommunity website. |
| 4. | For the BBNCLinkDisplay key value, enter the title of the link to display in Faculty Access for the Web and NetClassroom. |
| 5. | For the BBNCLinkPageID key value, enter the Blackbaud NetCommunity page ID. |
Tip: To obtain a page ID, select the page in Pages & templates. On the Properties tab below, you view the ID in the Page ID row.
| 6. | For the BBNCSharedKey, BBNCLinkUserQS, BBNCLinkTimeQS, BBNCLinkHashQS, and BBNCLinkUseIP key values, enter the settings from Blackbaud NetCommunity. These values must match the values under Enable Single Sign-On Authentication on the Settings tab in Sites & settings. For more information, see Single sign-on authentication settings. |
| • | BBNCSharedKey key value must match the value in the Shared Key column. |
| • | BBNCLinkUserQS key value must match the value in the UserName Querystring column. |
| • | BBNCLinkTimeQS key value must match the value in the Time Querystring column. |
| • | BBNCLinkHashQS key value must match the value in the MD5 Hash Querystring column. |
| • | BBNCLinkUseIP key value must match the value in the Include IP column. If the checkbox is selected, enter yes. If the checkbox is not selected, enter no. |
| 7. | Save the Faculty Access for the Web or NetClassroom web.config file. |
