Select the step to perform with the batch to move it to the next status. The selected batch workflow determines the options that appear in the list. For example, your batch workflow may require the data entry of a batch be approved before you commit it to the database. You can select to "Approve" or "Reject" the batch in its "Submitted" status. |
Assign to |
Select the user to process the batch in the new status. The available users in this field are only those with the appropriate permissions. You can configure system alerts to automatically notify application users by email when they become batch owners. For information about how to configure system alerts for batches, see the Administration Guide. |
Comments |
When necessary, enter a comment about the batch, such as a note for the new owner about why the batch is being assigned. For example, when you reject a submitted batch during an approval process, enter a comment explaining why. |
