Add an alternate lookup ID to a prospect

  1. From the prospect’s Wealth and Ratings page, select the Biographical Information tab.

  2. In the Alternate lookup section, click Add. The Add an alternate lookup ID screen appears.

  3. Enter the new ID information.

  4. Click Save.
