Delete an alternate lookup ID on a prospect

  1. From the prospect’s Wealth and Ratings page, select the Biographical Information tab.

  2. Expand the Alternate lookup section.

  3. Expand the entry you want to delete

  4. Click Delete. A confirmation screen appears.

  5. Click Yes.
