Load a Track for a GroupItinerary

Tracks are like templates you build and use to efficiently schedule itineraries for group visits. Tracks are especially helpful if your organization gets a large number of groups requesting the same type of visit or you want to develop specific curriculum-based visits. Once tracks are defined, you load them when scheduling an itinerary. For information about defining tracks, see Build Group Itinerary Tracks.

Warning: When you load a track for a group itinerary, all daily admission programs, program events, custom items, and notes that exist in the itinerary are overwritten.
