To chat with our team or create a case after signing in to your account, go to Blackbaud Support. You need to be an authorized Support user for your organization and have Blackbaud ID (BBID) credentials to access Blackbaud Support and other Blackbaud resources.
Note: Applicants, references, and reviewers are advised to contact an admin of your individual organization for any questions.

BBID is required for users who log in to Blackbaud Award Management or Stewardship Management using an email and password. If you log in with the organization's single sign-on (SSO) or campus credentials, BBID is not required.
