Order Terminals

Blackbaud offers pre-certified payment terminal devices for approved applications to fit your organization’s needs. Order terminals and accessories for Blackbaud MobilePay Terminal and Payment Terminal from the Blackbaud Merchant Services Web Portal.

Note: Devices and accessories may ship separately.

Order payment terminals and accessories

1. From Terminal devices, select Order terminals.

   Tip: Don't see this option? Contact your system admin for rights to manage orders and devices.

2. Select Order terminals.

3. Under Quantity, enter a quantity for each item to order.

4. Select Start order.

5. Enter shipping and contact information, then select Review order.

6. Confirm order details and accept the billing agreement.

7. Select Finish order.

After you place an order, you can view its details, status, and tracking information in the list. You can also print a PDF receipt from the order's menu.

Tip: To quickly navigate between orders, select the up or down arrow.

For Payment Terminals, after you receive your terminal, you need to register it through the web portal. For more information, see Register Terminals.
