Resolved Chargebacks

Review resolved chargebacks to understand dispute outcomes and reconcile chargeback activity with your transactions.

To view resolved chargebacks in the Blackbaud Merchant Services Web Portal, from Transactions, select Disputes. Under Resolved, view:

• Chargebacks your organization accepted.

• Chargebacks your organization successfully challenged and closed.

For each chargeback, you can review the original transaction, chargeback reason, and dispute resolution.

1. Choose whether to view won, lost, or resolved chargebacks.

2. Select a date range.

3. To review a chargeback, select the transaction amount.

4. To download the results as a CSV for offline review and reporting, select Export.

To view detailed transaction information, select the transaction amount to open the record.
