Resolved Chargebacks
To view resolved chargebacks in the Blackbaud Merchant Services Web Portal, from Transactions, select Disputes. Under Resolved, view:

Chargebacks that were accepted by your organization.

Chargebacks that were successfully challenged and closed.
For each chargeback, view details including the original transaction, the reason for the chargeback, and the resolution to the dispute.
To view additional information about a chargeback request, select the transaction amount. For information about the items on the record, see Transaction Information.
